How It All Started

A Small Kitchen, A Big Dream

It all began in 2010 when founder Maria Vasquez opened a tiny 12-seat kitchen in Salt Lake City with a single mission: serve honest, fresh food that makes people feel good. Inspired by farmers' markets and her grandmother's recipes, Maria sourced every ingredient locally and cooked everything from scratch.
